South Slope Super Mega Flip.

At just 170" wide, 429 Eleventh Street (center) enthusiastically hits the free market.  Last purchased in February 2011 for $475,000, the developer BZI Realty Corp. has it listed in today's New York Times for... in my best Mega Millions Jackpot voice impersonation.... 1.4 million dollars
That's 1.4 milllllllllion dollars.

DOB records indicate 1,114 buildable square feet on this diminutive 877 square foot lot.   I believe that puts this little firecracker just north of the $1000 sf mark.

Get it Done. Together.

When stop means go, go, go.

Despite multiple DOB FULL STOP WORK ORDER violations currently in place, this baby has miraculously completed itself.

Crazy stuff. I can't imagine who would pay so much for a tiny house like that, even in this neighborhood. We live in surreal times.
That air conditioner is a really classy touch, isn't it?

Why would anyone pay that price for a place like that???
Totally laughable.

Yes, the A/C is brilliant. They've made them prominent so it looks like a central system, but they're just cheap wall units.

the asking price has now been upped to 1.6 million!!!
btw, i would advise any interested parties to have their inspector go over the place with a very fine toothed comb - the work was done as quickly and as cheaply as possible.

Zen garden - ha! Wonder what the poor Virgin Mary statue & all her little plaster friends would make of this.
