396/400 15th Street: The Rebuilding Continues.

After much confusion and delay, 396 15th Street gets its new cinder block wall, replacing the old brick wall damaged during the early excavation work next door at 400 15th Street. A newly poured concrete foundation provides a steady base. In front of this brick wall, you can see that work is also continuing simultaneously on the new foundation walls and basement slab of 400 15th Street.
