Dude, did you know I just got my real estate license and I plan on opening up my own office? It's going to be called Acorncoran, after my favorite nut. Yeah I'm working on my web site, foraging for office space, interviewing folks right now..."
Asked about his recent run in with the hawk, White Squirrel seemed visibly agitated, "That hawk? Yeah my broker never mentioned anything about hawks when I bought my place. ... You just gotta live in the present, know what I mean."
