This house is o...I really like this renovation too. This house is owned by Dan Goldstein of Develop Don't Destroy Brooklyn fame, and the renovation included an extension in the back. Unfortunately for him, his neighbor (a former ECB official) fought the construction at every step, but in the end it was done properly and legally, so that was that.
